By proceeding with registration or purchase, you consent to the storage of your user account details. You may request the removal of your stored data at any time by providing Decentralized/Lyfeblood with a reasonable timeframe to process your request. You acknowledge and agree that your data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained for this purpose. If you wish to have your data removed, you must submit a written request via email toinfo@decentralized-world.com.

Ticket prices are displayed on the online booking form and are subject to change at our discretion. All prices are inclusive of any applicable local taxes.

If full payment has not been received and cleared before the event start date, you will be required to make payment via credit card on the day of the event to gain entry. Once your booking is confirmed, you are responsible for all outstanding payments related to your registration, regardless of whether you attend the event, unless we notify you that your booking was unsuccessful due to the event reaching capacity.

Upon successful completion of a purchase transaction, tickets will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided by the purchaser. Certain ticket types may require additional information, such as attendee name or tax identification number, before issuance. The ticket serves as proof of purchase and can be used for event entry. Attendees may present either a printed hard copy or an electronic version of the ticket, including the reference number, for registration at the event. These terms and conditions are governed by Nigerian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian Courts.

We reserve the right to cancel any tickets obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means, including but not limited to exploitation of system vulnerabilities or any other improper methods. If tickets are acquired through such means, we retain full authority to void them without prior notice.

All ticket purchases for conferences and events, including hotel accommodations where applicable, are strictly non-refundable. Tickets remain the property of Lyfeblood/Decentralized and constitute a personal, revocable license.

Lyfeblood/Decentralized reserves the right to revoke this license and deny admission at any time, with a refund issued for the printed registration price.

In the event that Lyfeblood/Decentralized cancels the event for any reason, the company assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, or other expenses related to attendance. This applies to all attendees, including delegates, sponsors, speakers, and guests.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the registrant’s control. If Lyfeblood/Decentralized cancels a conference or event, its liability is limited to the portion of paid registration fees remaining after the deduction of credit card and payment processing fees.

If discounts are applied, they cannot be combined with any other promotions or multiple offers and are only applicable to new bookings. No adjustments will be made to prior registrations.

While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publication, unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions, modifications, or cancellations. Lyfeblood/Decentralized reserves the right to make such changes as necessary without incurring any liability. Any updates regarding speaker or topic changes will be posted on our website as soon as possible.
